Yes, you can ask me questions in the comments section underneath my video lessons and I will answer them! I will typically answer them with a written answer, but if the question is more complicated or about something that isn’t covered in the course, I will send you a short video explanation to you!

You can keep the videos for life, so you can go at your own pace! If you would like to see quicker results, I recommend practising little and often: 5-15 minutes every day is the perfect amount!
